Mid Valley Physicians Association (MVPA) is a non-profit health organization established in August 1996. As a Physician-Hospital Organization (PHO), MVPA is comprised of Knapp Medical Center and approximately 60 physicians, representing a full spectrum of medical and hospital services.
MVPA was formed as a partnership between the community-based physicians and Knapp Medical Center to facilitate collaborative efforts and managed care contracting relationships.
MVPA is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors that meets monthly.
